Q) Do you take custom orders?
A) Absolutely and we LOVE creating items made especially for you and your loved ones. We understand that getting the right design and size is very important, especially as our products are made to last a lifetime. Please email us at psychedelegg@gmail.com to discuss your ideas. Q) Do you ship worldwide?
A) Yes, we ship everywhere! All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. All international orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. You will receive a reference/tracking number once your order has been shipped.
These shipping methods are the only ones we use. They are the quickest and safest way to ship, so although it's a little more expensive than standard shipping, it's definitely worth it.
Q) How long does it take to process orders?
A) Ready made items are sent 2-4 days after purchase. All custom orders take roughly 1-2 weeks to be made and sent, however this will be discussed when you place a custom order with us.
Q) Who designs the patterns/artwork?
A) All artwork is designed in County Durham by Bee Evans, the founder of Psychedelegg, unless otherwise stated.
Q) Where do you source your materials?
A) All of our materials are either locally sourced from independent shops or online from UK ethical stockists. All fabric with exclusive artwork is printed by a reputable company within the UK.
Q) Is your packaging reusable/recyclable?
A) Yes - we urge our customers to re-use all packaging we send your items in. All of our mailing boxes are from a UK based sustainable packaging company. We try to re-use other boxes and bags to post your items in too. We also don’t use tape on our tissue paper so that you can re-use and wrap up your own gifts with it.
Q) Do you collaborate with other artists/designers?
A) Collaborating is one of our absolute favourite things to do! We find it so inspiring to work with others in order to create something totally new and unique. You will find everyone who has worked with Psychedelegg over the years featured on ‘Our Community’ page, with info about each collaboration and links to social media etc. If you have an idea for a collaboration please don’t hesitate to contact us! Q) How often are there new drops on your website?
A) We are adding new, ready made items all of the time. However, there are special drops roughly every 1-2 months. These collections are exclusive and use never before seen artwork, either designed by Psychedelegg or created as a collaboration with other artists. The number of items in each collection will be limited and do not return, however, we always make sure to advertise with plenty of time before each drop so you can set a reminder. Q) Where can I find a discount code for your website?
A) Please sign up to our mailing list here where we will send out monthly newsletters as well as any updates and discount codes for you to use across our site.
